This recipe is a guideline for a perfectly trashed up treat. You take some almond bark and add all of your favorite candy and there it is – ready for dessert. Easy and super addicting.
I basically hit up the candy bins at Wal-Mart to get what I wanted for my cookie bark crunch.
White Chocolate Cookie Bark Crunch Ingredients, adapted from Darcy Diva:
24 ounces or 1 lb. 8 ounce almond bark
3.5 ounce mini Oreos
3.5 ounce mini Nutter Butter bites
1 and 1/2 cups pretzels, broken
1/2 cup peanuts
4 ounces Reese’s Pieces
3.2 ounce box Peanut Butter M&M’s
3.4 ounce box Peanut M&M’s
Cover a cookie sheet with waxed or parchment paper. Spread the broken pretzels, Oreos, Nutter Butter cookies & peanuts on the prepared cookie sheet. Melt the white chocolate in microwave until smooth (follow the instructions on the package).
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the pretzel mixture, spreading with a spatula if needed. Before it sets, sprinkle on Reese’s, M&Ms and sprinkles. Place the tray into the refrigerator until set. Break into pieces and serve.
Cover your base with almond bark and top with colorful candy and sprinkles for good measure.
Break into uneven chunks and enjoy! This would be easy for kids to help with or a way to use up odds and ends in your pantry.
