I’m still going strong with meal plans. Here is what I have on tap for this week!
Monday: Taste of Hazen – this is an annual event held at City Hall by the Hazen Chamber of Commerce where companies give samples of various foods. I am sure I’ll report back on my thoughts. This will be supper and we will have some snacks at home if we aren’t full.
Tuesday: Grilled venison steak with corn on the cob (spring will be here soon, right?)
Wednesday: Spaghetti squash ‘pizza’ with spicy pork sausage and asparagus on the side.
Thursday: Grilled pork chop for her, grilled fish for him and buffalo cauliflower.
Friday: Beef stir fry.
Saturday: Homemade sausage & spinach pizza.
Sunday: Smoked turkey breast and roasted cauliflower (cauliflower was on sale this week!)
