I was ambitious enough yesterday to get a meal plan together and thought I’d share in case anyone needs some ideas for meals. This is what we have planned!
Monday: Beer can chicken and grilled asparagus <<<made by my husband so it’s sure to be delicious!
Tuesday: Italian meatballs on spaghetti squash with homemade sauce and veggies
Wednesday: Venison sausage, onion and pepper skillet
Thursday: Honey chipotle chicken salad – a spin off of this recipe I hope to post if it turns out. I am loving this warmer weather – perfect for salads!
Friday: Asian chicken flatbread pizza from this website – again using my own spin and I’ll post if it turns out
Saturday: Smoothies for breakfast, a fun St. Patty’s Day 5k in Beulah and then off to lunch out somewhere – maybe Halliday?
Sunday: Ground beef and green chilies quesadillas – based off of this recipe
