Not even these two like it too hot.

Here is an easy solution. You do need to heat up your oven, pizza oven or toaster oven, but it doesn’t take long.

Easy summer pizza

  • 1 Flatout wrap per person (yes, I am still loving those wraps)
  • Pizza sauce to your preference
  • Toppings – pepperoni, leftover peppers, onions, taco meat, etc.
  • Cheese

Spread your wrap with pizza sauce and top with whatever you like. Still in a 400* oven and bake until preferred doneness, about 10 minutes.

I made mine with pepperoni and peppers. Mr. FeistyEats had some leftover taco meat and peppers. This is great for a variety of palates. I like more cheese and sauce and he prefers less.

Here they are finished. Super fast, easy and very little oven heat required. Who wants to eat a thick crust pizza on a hot day? This will quench your pizza craving without weighing you down.
