Here is a super quick and easy recipe you can use in a pinch to take somewhere. I think women and kids everywhere should appreciate this one!

A co-worker brought this in one day and as I was inhaling it, she gave me the super simple recipe.

Funfetti Cake Batter Dip

  • 1 box Funfetti cake mix
  • 2 – 6oz. nonfat plain Greek yogurt containers
  • 1 8 oz. lite whipped topping

Mix the ingredients together until well combined. Refrigerate until serving with…apple slices, graham crackers, etc.

One idea here – make sure your bowl is big enough. When am I ever going to learn? Seriously, I do this all.the.time.

I love the tangy bit the yogurt gives this and really, this is pretty healthy as far as dessert is concerned. I can’t wait to try this with a brownie mix!

This looks great! In England we can’t get funfetti… Can you suggest a substitute or tell me what funfetti consists of so I can try and whip up something similar?

England? Wow! That is so cool. Thanks for reading. Well, I have never been to your country but do you have any boxed cake mixes? I think any flavor would work. I really want to try this with a brownie mix if you have that available. Let me know if you do and you try it. Thanks again – Feisty Eats
